Functions:
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis and competition.
  • Establish and adjust sea freight rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
  • Maintain a tariff database and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information.
  • Participate in the negotiation of tariffs with suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
  • Similar professional experience, with special emphasis on maritime transport (FCL; LCL).
  • Knowledge of the shipping companies operating in Portugal and the services they offer.
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Guidance on the resolution of incidents and customer service.
  • Level B2-C1 of English.
  • Dynamism, initiative and resilience.
  • Knowledge in air transport will be valued.
