We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client's team, a leading company operating across various sectors, including the automotive and agricultural machinery industries, with a presence in multiple countries. The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional projects across the Group, including application-driven and functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, involved teams, and project outcomes, while guaranteeing delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to high complexity projects Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects throughout their lifecycle Coordinate internal teams and external partners Lead application and functional projects, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into deliverables Manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes Ensure regular communication and progress reporting to key stakeholders Guarantee the quality of deliverables and achievement of defined objectives Requirements 4–5+ years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role; Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, particularly application and/or ERP projects; Strong ability to interact with both business and technology stakeholders; Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills; Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Nice to Have Experience in medium to large corporate environments; Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a strong advantage.
