We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client’s team, a leading company operating across various sectors, including the automotive and agricultural machinery industries, with a presence in multiple countries. The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional projects across the Group, including application-driven and functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, involved teams, and project outcomes, while guaranteeing delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to high complexity technology and systems projects Plan, execute, monitor, control, and deliver projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, quality, and strategic objectives Define project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and success KPIs Coordinate cross-functional, multidisciplinary internal teams and international external partners Act as a key liaison between technical teams, functional areas, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication Lead application and functional projects, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into high-quality deliverables Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes Ensure regular stakeholder communication and preparation of progress and status reports Guarantee the quality of deliverables and adherence to best practices and project management methodologies Support change management processes and the adoption of implemented solutionsRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a similar field 4–5+ years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, particularly application, ERP, or systems implementation projects Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) Strong leadership, organizational, and priority management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Strong ability to interact with both business and technology stakeholders Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Trello Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) Availability to travelNice to Have Experience in medium to large corporate environments Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master Experience with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, INFOR, C4C, SuccessFactors) Experience in the implementation of systems such as ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM, or similarBenefitsEmployment Contract;Health Insurance;Meal Card;Annual bonus;Hybrid Work (Porto - Portugal)
