We are recruiting aHuman Resources Practitionerfor a multinational company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support HR operations in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Responsibilities Provide daily HR administrative support and operational services; Manage processes related to professional internships, onboarding and offboarding, contract management, and employee documentation; Handle employee queries and ensure timely responses; Maintain accurate and organized employee records; Manage communication and documentation with external entities; Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices. Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Labor Sciences, or a related field; At least 1 year of experience in HR processes such as contract and document management; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and practices; Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy; Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written. Offer Employment contract with Gi Group; Hybrid work model; Based in Santos, Lisbon; Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a structured yet dynamic setting, supporting essential HR functions that ensure the smooth running of employee lifecycle processes.
