ABOUT I-CHARGING:i-charging is a technology company focusing on electric vehicle charging infrastructure. We have an in-house development offer, based on a deep knowledge of the sector, both on technology and market.We develop innovative hardware and software solutions that optimize our customers’ operations, smooth user experience and electric grid utilization.We want to be a global reference in the e-mobility sector, providing a distinctive offer and generating value for the community.POSITION SUMMARY:The overall responsibility for this role will be to provide support for all HR activities, procedures and manage the HR team.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices to align with the company's strategic objectives,Oversee aspects of the human resources department, including employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations,Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.Conduct regular analysis of employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, and other data to identify trends and areas of improvement,Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and handle any HR-related auditsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll interface ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations,Collaborate with external partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services.Manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and development,Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.INTERACTIONS & INTERFACES:Internally will interact with all the departments,Externally will interact with the accounting office and other entities,Reports to Administrative, Finance, HR Director.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Master’s degree in human resources, psychology, or sociology,Minimum of 8 years of previous experience in HR field,Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures,Knowledge of labor law, employment regulations and compliance,Experience in providing guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures,Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture,Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ExcelProficiency in English is a must (minimum B2 level - oral and written),Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationship,“Privacy Policyi-charging is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of the Applicants' Personal Data, and in this context, decides which data is collected, the means of processing and the purposes for which the data is processed.Contact details of the body responsible:Av.
