David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a French speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga. Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Braga, Portugal Work model: Hybrid Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract Remuneration: Base salary  About the role.A leading consumer credit platform dedicated to making financing simple transparent and accessible through digital solutions and customer-focused support empowering individuals to bring their projects to life with confidence. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle customer requests by phone related to existing credit products and new financing projects. Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions understand expectations reassure customers and propose suitable financing solutions. Build and maintain long-term high-quality customer relationships within a relational excellence framework. Optimize each interaction both inbound and outbound by identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities. Manage assigned customer files in line with internal procedures security standards and compliance requirements demonstrating rigor and integrity. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in French (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred Product or technical support experience considered an advantage Interest in or basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
