What does the program consist of? This year we are launching the Next Keys – Trainee Program, a project designed to prepare the next generation of talent who will accelerate the future of mobility and financial services. The 1st edition of the Next Keys program will include 25 trainees , who will join different areas of the organization. Over the course of 12 months, the trainees will be part of strategic projects and develop essential skills to help drive the innovative solutions we aim to bring to the different international markets we work.
