What does the program consist of?

This year we are launching the Next Keys – Trainee Program, a project designed to prepare the next generation of talent who will accelerate the future of mobility and financial services.

The 1st edition of the Next Keys program will include
25 trainees
, who will join
different areas
of the organization. Over the course of 12 months, the trainees will be part of strategic projects and develop essential skills to help drive the innovative solutions we aim to bring to the different international markets we work.

Our trainee program is more than just an internship. It's the key to unlocking your career. It's the gateway to growing in a technological reality. If you are finishing your master's degree or have just graduated and want to accelerate your career, this is the time.

Do you have the profile we're looking for to be the next key?


• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the following areas: Information Technology, Engineering, Management or similar


• Fluency in Portuguese and English


• Good knowledge of MS Office


• Communication, proactivity, and team spirit


• Agile and Critical thinking


• Feel at home in an international environment


• Be eligible to participate in a full-time internship


• Be independent in a trusting and informal context


• Be available to work from our Porto office


• Strong problem-solving skills and a curious mindset


• Passion for technology and teamwork
