Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your dedication to providing personalized service and excellence will help us maintain our reputation for outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their needs with care and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
