Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for assisting clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your personalized approach and commitment to excellence will help uphold our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Build meaningful connections through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns with care and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
