What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide top-tier service to our German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer expert advice on our products and services.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring client satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and efficient solutions to clients.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Record all client interactions and provide valuable feedback for service improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (native or near-native level), with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) for clear communication within our international teams.
  • Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor when working with clients.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, with the possibility of shifts extending to 08:00 PM in the future.
  • Two days off: Saturday and Sunday.
