Job Description: German-Speaking Customer Advisor (Web Services) – Remote in Porto

Key Responsibilities: As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Web Services Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the company's web services, offering accurate, clear, and helpful information to customers.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs.
• Communication: Communicate professionally, empathetically, and clearly with customers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues across various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service.
• Customer Feedback: Collect valuable feedback from customers to share with the company for service improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions, and feedback in our internal systems.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and at least intermediate English (B2). You should be able to effectively communicate in both languages.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday: Rotational shifts within the schedule below:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00h - 17:00h
  • (Occasionally, you may be required to work from 08:00h - 19:00h)
• Days off: Two rotational days off
