Proactive monitoring of systems and applications using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and APM platforms.. Incident and problem management following ITIL best practices, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.. Technical support for infrastructure and platforms (Wintel, Unix, O365, Exchange, SharePoint, AD).. Participation in war rooms for rapid resolution of critical incidents.. Integration with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, GLPI) and observability platforms (Kyndryl Bridge).. Required Technical and Professional Expertise - Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management and Linux administration - VMware ESX experience - Public/private cloud management. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience - Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code) - Vulnerability management - Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
