A PrimeIT procura um Head of Recruitment para liderar e transformar a nossa estratégia de atração e seleção de talento.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestão de Recrutamento Estratégico: Liderar e formar uma Equipa de Recrutamento. Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de recrutamento eficazes, alinhadas com as necessidades da empresa.
  • Aquisição de Talento: Identificar, atrair e gerir o pipeline de talentos altamente qualificados, com foco em posições estratégicas e especializadas.
  • Relacionamento com Stakeholders: Trabalhar de forma próxima com gestores de várias áreas, garantindo um entendimento claro das necessidades de recrutamento e alinhamento com a cultura organizacional.
  • Melhoria Contínua: Analisar e otimizar os processos de recrutamento, utilizando métricas e dados para aumentar a eficiência e os resultados.
  • Employer Branding: Promover a imagem da empresa como empregadora de referência, atraindo os melhores profissionais do mercado.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada como Team Lider de Recrutamento, preferencialmente em ambientes corporativos ou de consultoria.
  • Competências sólidas em estratégias de atração de talento e ferramentas de recrutamento.
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, negociação e construção de relacionamentos.
  • Conhecimento das melhores práticas de recrutamento e das tendências do mercado de trabalho.
  • Orientação para Resultados.
  • Pro-atividade e autonomia na gestão de funções.
