Role Overview We are looking for a CRO & Personalization Specialist to join our teams working with a leading company in the telecommunications. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital performance and conversion optimization through testing, personalization strategies, and customer experience insights. What you will do Identify and prioritize hypotheses for A/B tests and personalization initiatives to improve performance and conversion; Define and implement a CRO and Personalization roadmap aimed at optimizing conversion rates; Monitor and analyze test and personalization results, providing insights and business recommendations; Track key metrics across the conversion funnel and report on performance evolution; Analyze customer behavior and experience while applying UX/UI principles to support decision-making; Develop dashboards and reports using analytics tools to support stakeholders with actionable insights; Map and validate events, ensuring correct Data Layer structure, and create tags in Tag Manager; Build landing pages following CRO, UX/UI best practices, and insights gathered from data and user behavior. What you are like: Academically trained in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or similar areas; Experienced in CRO, conversion optimization, personalization, or digital marketing; Proficient in A/B testing and personalization platforms (experience with Adobe Target is a plus); Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel; Knowledgeable in UX/UI principles and capable of interpreting heatmaps and session recordings; Proficient in Google Tag Manager and in implementing events via Data Layer; Creative thinker with a constructive and solution-oriented mindset; Team player, comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
