Role We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager (full funnel) to join our Lisbon Office. You’ll own full-funnel growth execution — from identifying and engaging target accounts to optimizing inbound conversion and supporting pipeline creation. Working closely with Sales, you’ll build scalable campaigns, and continuously improve how we attract, qualify, and convert prospects globally. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves learning fast — using data to turn insights into repeatable growth systems that help our go-to-market motion scale. Experience: 4-6 years, B2B SaaS, Mid-Market (€10-100k ACV), sales-led motion Tool stack: Apollo, Zapier, Hubspot Required skills: Outbound Prospecting & Sequences, Inbound Optimization & Conversion, Marketing Automation, Data Analytics, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Account-Based Outreach (ABO) Style: Hands-on doer, problem-solver, data-driven, autonomous, collaborative to serve sales team Languages: English, Spanish/French/Portuguese a plus Report line: Global Sales Director What you’ll do for Emotion · Build Emotion’s outbound engine from scratch using tactical ABM/ABO to drive new sales · Own target account list building, enrichment, and segmentation in partnership with Sales (ICP + prioritization) · Create and run multi-touch outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn + calls), including copywriting, personalization, and offer testing · Qualify leads and optimize handoffs to Sales to improve conversion · Optimize the inbound engine through website/webform CRO, friction removal, and clear conversion paths · Implement lead scoring and early disqualification, building automated nurture/lifecycle journeys · Own performance tracking and reporting across the funnel, continuously testing and improving results KPIs: Pipeline contribution, conversion rates, velocity improvement, bookings influenced What you can expect from Emotion · International and dynamic working environment with hybrid policy · Competitive salary and permanent full-time contract · Meal allowance · Gym membership · Private healthcare · Coffee and fresh fruit at the office, as well as monthly team lunch Location: Oeiras, Lisbon (1-day remote per week)
