A TAPSi é uma plataforma tecnológica de mobilidade urbana, desenvolvida a partir de Coimbra, com ambição de escala nacional. Estamos a construir um produto digital robusto, centrado no utilizador e fortemente orientado a dados, segurança e eficiência operacional. O crescimento da TAPSi assenta tanto na tecnologia como na relação próxima com motoristas, parceiros e utilizadores . Procuramos agora reforçar a equipa com um perfil de Business Development & Growth Manager , capaz de ligar produto, marketing, operação e comunidade. Funções Procuramos um(a) profissional para integrar a equipa da TAPSi e contribuir ativamente para o crescimento da plataforma, desde a aquisição à ativação e retenção. Principais responsabilidades: Desenvolvimento e gestão da relação com motoristas e parceiros , desde o onboarding à ativação Implementação de iniciativas de growth e marketing digital , focadas em aquisição, ativação e retenção Contacto direto com motoristas (chamadas, mensagens, ações de proximidade), com base em triggers e dados Gestão de múltiplas contas e prioridades em simultâneo Definição, acompanhamento e análise de KPIs de crescimento (ex.: conversão, ativação, retenção, churn) Teste contínuo de campanhas, mensagens e abordagens, com análise de resultados e iteração Recolha de feedback e insights junto da comunidade, atuando como voz do utilizador e do motorista junto das equipas de produto e operações
