This role offers the opportunity to assist German-speaking customers with technical issues related to website solutions. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial but not required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in growing within the company. You will be providing remote support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting customers via phone, email, and chat. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a customer-focused attitude.
