We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead large-scale and transformational projects within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Scrum methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience managing high-visibility initiatives. Acting as the key liaison between the client and delivery teams, this role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on project coordination to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of projects on the client side, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery expectations; Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the vendor's project management team, maintaining clear and effective communication; Facilitate collaboration with internal client teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution; Manage project planning, progress tracking, and reporting using JIRA and other Agile tools; Prepare and conduct status meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project updates, risks, and milestones; Oversee project governance, ensuring compliance with Agile principles and best practices; Drive continuous improvement across teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading complex and large-scale projects; Proven experience managing projects using Agile Scrum methodologies; Hands-on experience with JIRA for project tracking and collaboration; Strong background in transformational or high-visibility projects; Fluent English (spoken and written) and good Spanish comprehension; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
