PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Project Manager E2E Leading initiatives for the implementation of S4/HANA and other systems within a global transformation program. Analyzing and coordinating the development of global processes and requirements, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and IT experts. Defining system requirements, exploring implementation options, and overseeing distributed IT and process architecture. Evaluating and integrating sales processes into global templates, ensuring consistency and effective rollout. Managing project plans by monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and incorporating local needs into global solutions. Ensuring stakeholder alignment and harmonizing the transformation process with ongoing projects across the segment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field. Solid experience in leading projects within Sales and Customer Relationship Management, as well as proven expertise in global rollouts of IT systems and change management processes. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly in Sales and Marketing modules, combined with a comprehensive understanding of IT architecture in both SAP and non-SAP environments (Salesforce CRM, SAP S/4 SD, among others). Strong project management background, analytical mindset, and proactive approach. Ability to manage stakeholders effectively, reduce complexity, and mentor teams through strong communication skills. English at C1/C2 level; German proficiency is considered an advantage. Work location: LisbonWork model: Hybrid
