PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Project Manager E2E

  • Leading initiatives for the implementation of S4/HANA and other systems within a global transformation program.
  • Analyzing and coordinating the development of global processes and requirements, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and IT experts.
  • Defining system requirements, exploring implementation options, and overseeing distributed IT and process architecture.
  • Evaluating and integrating sales processes into global templates, ensuring consistency and effective rollout.
  • Managing project plans by monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and incorporating local needs into global solutions.
  • Ensuring stakeholder alignment and harmonizing the transformation process with ongoing projects across the segment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in leading projects within Sales and Customer Relationship Management, as well as proven expertise in global rollouts of IT systems and change management processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly in Sales and Marketing modules, combined with a comprehensive understanding of IT architecture in both SAP and non-SAP environments (Salesforce CRM, SAP S/4 SD, among others).
  • Strong project management background, analytical mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively, reduce complexity, and mentor teams through strong communication skills.
  • English at C1/C2 level; German proficiency is considered an advantage.
