PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Salesforce Senior Developer

• Lead and execute day-to-day Salesforce development activities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and low-code automation tools, including Flows.
• Manage and optimize the Salesforce release lifecycle across multiple environments using Co-pado CI/CD, including pipeline setup, conflict resolution, and deployment governance.
• Act as a technical lead and support for global Salesforce initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Design and develop robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Ensure code quality and platform stability by enforcing Salesforce Governor Limits, implementing proper testing, and adhering to code coverage standards.
• Maintain Azure DevOps repositories and ensure proper version control, and oversee and enforce documentation of all development work.
• Support UAT activities, deployment readiness, and post-release troubleshooting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation, DevOps optimization, and system monitoring.
• Guide Salesforce architecture, data management, and security design.

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ideally Marketing Cloud).
• Proven experience in Salesforce release management using Copado CI/CD (minimum 2 years).
• Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including Copado and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with data migration (ETL tools such as Talend are a plus) and data visualization (Power BI).
• Experience with Salesforce Digital Experience (Communities/Experience Cloud); Omnistudio is considered beneficial.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Batch & Scheduler classes, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, standard objects, and process automation (Flows).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML5, and CSS for Salesforce app development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data trends and optimize data flows.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills, with the ability to engage confidently with global teams and stakeholders.
• English at C1/C2 level; German proficiency is considered an advantage.

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) (required)
• Copado Fundamentals or Copado Developer Certification (preferred)
• Additional Salesforce certifications (PDII, App Builder, or Architect Track) are a plus.
