PPM Coachers is currently recruiting for the role of Senior Salesforce Technical Lead & Release Manager (Salesforce/Copado)
Your Mission
Leading the technical design, development, and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure implementations across multi-cloud and complex environments.
Managing and optimizing end-to-end release processes using Copado, strengthening source-driven development and DevOps best practices across teams.

  • Designing and governing Salesforce architecture, including data model, security, performance, platform limits, and integration patterns.
  • Developing advanced solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, applying modular architecture and testing best practices.
  • Managing integration architecture (API design, middleware, asynchronous patterns, and error-handling mechanisms).
  • Defining and managing Git strategy, branching models, and promotion flows to ensure structured, high-quality delivery.
  • Configuring and optimizing Copado pipelines, including quality gates, test automation, versioning, rollback concepts, and deployment controls.
  • Driving DevOps maturity across teams and promoting source-driven development practices.
  • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to shape and challenge requirements, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and platform governance.
  • Facilitating communication between business, IT, and technical product teams to maintain alignment on goals, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Preparing technical documentation, release notes, and architectural diagrams.
  • Supporting testing activities, ensuring readiness for rollout and go-live cycles, and enabling effective knowledge transfer.
  • Providing technical mentoring, fostering best practices, and ensuring high ownership and reliability within development teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in IT.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including solution design, architecture, multi-cloud environments, and complex orgs.
  • 4+ years of Release Management/DevOps experience, including 2–3+ years with Copado or an equivalent Salesforce DevOps platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce architecture, integration design, and security.
  • Proven experience with Git strategy, CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, testing automation, and rollback mechanisms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to challenge and shape technical requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • English at C1/C2 level; German proficiency is considered an advantage.

Certifications

  • Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I + two advanced certifications (e.g., App Builder, Admin/Advanced Admin, Cloud Consultant).
  • Strongly preferred: Platform Developer II and/or Architect-track certifications (Application Architect, System Architect).

Nice To Have

  • Copado Admin / Developer / Consultant
  • Agile/Scrum certification
  • General DevOps or cloud CI/CD certifications

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SAP BTP services, extensibility, or similar cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM multi-cloud capabilities and Azure services.
  • Experience in data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
