The role
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalable architecture and high-quality development across projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and drive continuous improvement in Salesforce practices. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs
  • Leading development teams and ensuring adherence to coding standards
  • Managing integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Overseeing release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy
  • Supporting governance, security, and data quality across Salesforce platforms
  • Working closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges and optimize solutions.

Your profile

  • You successfully completed your degree in informatics, computer science or related fields
  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (experience with other clouds is a plus)
  • You are proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns, along with familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
  • Technical-proven certifications, such as Platform Developer II or Architect-level credentials, are highly valued
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
