Now, we're looking for a
Business Development Lead
who wants to play a key role in shaping our international growth story.


The Opportunity

This is not a "maintain the pipeline" role.

You'll be a
frontline commercial leader
, owning international markets, opening strategic accounts and helping define how TRH scales globally. Reporting directly to the
Senior Director of Business Development
, you'll have real influence on go-to-market strategy, partnerships and commercial direction.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead international business development and sales efforts across Europe
  • Open new markets and opportunities in the
    GCC and North America
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation and closing
  • Identify and engage strategic accounts, regional integrators and lead partners
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies (targeting, partnerships, events, campaigns)
  • Build and manage a sustainable, high-quality pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing and leadership on winning proposals
  • Stay ahead of trends in
    Salesforce, ServiceNow and enterprise cloud ecosystems


What we are looking for

  • 5+ years
    in technology services or enterprise software sales
  • Proven success in
    international business development
    and account growth
  • Experience selling
    consulting, implementation or managed services
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Minimum
    Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business or Engineering (preferred)
  • Fluent in English
    (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable owning a territory, targets and outcomes
  • Passion for technology, innovation and digital transformation
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and occasionally beyond
  • Experience with
    data-driven GTM strategies
    is a plus
