The Role: We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Coordinator to support the qualification and management of franchise leads. Acting as the link between marketing lead generation and business development – this role ensures that every incoming lead is engaged, qualified and nurtured – guiding them effectively through the funnel from first contact to conversion and sale. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead Response & Qualification: Contact incoming leads after they enter the funnel, assessing lead quality, interest level, and readiness to engage.
  • Lead Nurturing & Management:

Segment and manage leads within the CRM, maintaining accurate records and ongoing communication to encourage progression; passing qualified leads to the Business Development team.
- New Business Generation:

Contribute to sustaining pipeline health by identifying new business opportunities and prospects through various channels, platforms, and systems.

  • External Representation: Support and participate in international franchise exhibitions, events, and networking initiatives. Engage prospective partners, capture leads, and follow up post-event, representing the brand professionally and confidently in international settings.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exposure to the field through education, internship or work experience
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead engagement – a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured lead management.

The Person

  • Entry-level professional with a strong relationship-building and commercial mindset.

  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken. Other languages is a plus.

  • Confident communicator with excellent phone, messaging, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly proactive, persistent, and organised; motivated by results and opportunity creation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • A passion for health and fitness is desired. We love team workouts and experiencing the TRIB3 and PILAT3S experience first-hand
