Senior Business Development

WiZink Bank is looking for a Senior Business Development in the Business Development area in Portugal.
This role will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development team by ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives aimed at securing B2B partnerships. This position requires strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning with business objectives.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Min. 3 years in a similar role in an business organization.
- Experience in banking financial industry is a plus.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Education:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
What would be your main functions?
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices within the Business Development unit.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of partnership-related projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for partnership initiatives.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Define KPIs and track performance metrics for partnership projects.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business development strategy.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in partnership execution.
- Implement tools and frameworks to enhance project visibility and accountability.
