Technical Lead – Microsoft Power Platform - Lisbon

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Lead for Microsoft Power Platform
to provide hands-on technical leadership, guide engineering best practices, and oversee the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions across our Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is central to the evolution of our platform and requires someone deeply technical, detail-oriented, and passionate about coaching and developing engineers. You will act as the senior technical presence within our Lisbon team—shaping architectural decisions, ensuring engineering excellence, and driving continuous improvement across the full software development lifecycle.

You must be comfortable working closely with developers, challenging technical decisions, and promoting modern engineering standards. The ideal candidate enjoys staying close to the code while providing strong leadership and mentoring.

Technical Lead – Microsoft Power Platform
to act as the
technical backbone
of a growing engineering team. This is not a pure management role — it's for someone who still loves being close to the tech.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the
    technical direction
    of Power Platform solutions across the organisation
  • Designing and reviewing solutions using
    Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse
  • Working closely with
    Dynamics 365
    (Customer Service / Sales / related modules)
  • Acting as a
    mentor and technical authority
    for engineers and delivery teams
  • Owning
    engineering quality, architecture decisions, and platform standards
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and a UK-based leadership team

What we're looking for

  • Strong, practical experience with
    Microsoft Power Platform
  • Solid exposure to
    Dynamics 365
    (hands-on or architectural)
  • Background in
    software engineering / solution architecture
  • Comfortable
    challenging technical decisions
    and guiding teams
  • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is a plus
