We are looking for a
SAP Technical Lead
for a project based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of all technical deliverables;
  • Apply the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of SAP software;
  • Ensure that the application is designed and implemented taking into account the performance and SLAs required by business;
  • Lead the technical evolution of the application;
  • Know the technical aspects of the application as well as the functional and contextual aspects;
  • Identify and maintain a clear backlog of the technical debt in order to help the Product Owner prioritize and decrease the overall product technical debt;
  • Ensure that the SAP application and the team follow the Security, Development, Architecture and Business Continuity guidelines and rules, includes security vulnerability resolution;
  • Align with the Platform Expert and Solution Master to implement the guidelines and frameworks defined by the group;
  • Ensuring the Scrum ceremonies and ensuring that the team is following the sprint according to the agile methodology.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience years as Tech Lead;
  • Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar;
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Logistics;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;
  • Ability to analyze critically and focused on problem solving;
  • Commitment to quality delivery;
  • Good level of spoken and written English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Have a dynamic and proactive attitude;
  • Experience in projects (

    );
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA tool and Confluence (
    valued
    );
  • Previous experience as Scrum Master
    (Big Plus)
