through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;


• DECSKILL BOOST:
through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;


• DECSKILL CONNECT:
through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.

We are looking for a
Technical Lead Salesforce (Master) .

Responsabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
  • Critical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to quality delivery
  • Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR
    (PLUS)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools
    (valued)
  • Experience in strategic projects
  • Language skills (written and spoken): English (mandatory), Portuguese
    (valued)
    , Spanish
    (valued)
  • Knowledge of application technologies
  • Hands-on experience with these technologies
  • Experience with designing complex solutions
  • Technical Lead specialized in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Technical Debt Backlog
  • Technical documentation of applications
  • Support and monitoring of technical teams
  • Monitoring of the entire application cycle
  • Guidelines for teams
  • Code review
  • Application cost optimization
  • Improvement and optimization processes
  • Communication with various businesses and stakeholders
