Sales Manager Hospitality (Lisbon-Based)

Full-time | /year

Eugenia is hiring on behalf of a forward-thinking hospitality brand preparing to launch a flagship property in Lisbon. We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to shape and implement local sales strategies across Corporate, Leisure, and Group segments. This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in the successful opening and long-term growth of an exciting new destination in the city.

What Youll Do

  • Design and execute a robust local sales plan to drive revenue across multiple segments
  • Take ownership of personal sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and nurture a portfolio of key accounts both new and existing
  • Collaborate with the central team to connect with national and international clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Organize and lead property tours, client visits, and presentations
  • Monitor market trends and contribute insights to shape future strategy
  • Stay engaged with developments across the wider property network

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in hospitality sales in the Lisbon market
  • Strong background in corporate and group sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Highly organized, tech-comfortable, and fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong local client network and market knowledge
  • Enthusiasm for innovative hospitality and lifestyle concepts
