We are currently looking for a full-time
Sales Manager
to join our on-site team in Lisbon, focusing on the
local Portuguese market
.

Responsibilities
1. Development of local sales (Portugal):
Identification, attraction and onboarding of new
installers
and key partners within Portugal.
Conducting negotiations, preparing commercial offers and concluding contracts.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with installers, technical partners and local HVAC companies.
2. Market strategy and analysis:
Analysis of the Portuguese HVAC market, including competitors, pricing policies and customer needs.
Development of tailored commercial proposals and sales strategies specifically for the Portuguese market.
Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities for brand growth and product promotion.
3. Reporting and KPI Compliance:
Preparation of sales reports, pipeline updates and forecasts.
Achieving set targets for sales volume, installer engagement and market coverage.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
3+ years of experience in sales in Portugal, preferably in HVAC, home appliances or related technical sectors.
Strong understanding of the Portuguese B2B market, especially cooperation with installers.
Fluency in English (Portuguese native or fluent is required; additional languages are a strong plus).
Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within Portugal for partner visits, events and business meetings.
Experience working in an international organisation or group is desirable.
