This role operates at the heart of daily operations, ensuring data accuracy, operational quality, and timely resolution of issues, within a multicultural and international team working across Lisbon and offshore locations. Key Responsibilities Manage the setup, update, and follow-up of securities within dedicated reference data environments Analyze and resolve issues related to security parameters and pricing Ensure timely and accurate updates of securities data across systems Perform operational controls based on listings, client claims, and predefined checks Apply operational procedures with rigor, efficiency, and responsiveness Support portfolio migrations and daily operational cycles (midday, closing, target processes) Ensure high standards of data quality and operational reliability Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Good proficiency inMicrosoft Excel Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Outlook Ability to work accurately with structured data Profile Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data quality Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Organized and able to manage repetitive and time-sensitive tasks Team player, comfortable working in a multicultural environment Proactive and able to follow established procedures
