Mission
Support the department's goal of driving operational excellence through data-driven insights and continuous improvement. The Operations Intelligence Analyst transforms raw operational data into actionable intelligence to enhance service quality, performance, and strategic decision-making across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various systems (routing, traffic control, customer care, etc.).
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor operational KPIs such as punctuality, occupancy, and incident rates.
  • Use advanced Excel modeling and SQL queries to create ad-hoc analyses and performance summaries.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of operational data across markets.
  • Operational Insights & Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies and trends affecting performance, proposing data-backed solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
  • Conduct root cause analyses on incidents, delays, and quality gaps to recommend corrective actions.
  • Support global and local teams with operational studies, benchmarks, and optimization projects.
  • Predictive Modeling & Forecasting
  • Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast demand, performance peaks, and resource requirements.
  • Support risk anticipation and scenario planning by simulating operational bottlenecks or disruptions.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Global Operations, Routing, Provider Success, and Customer Care teams to align data insights with operational strategy.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support markets with reports and studies proactively when improvement opportunities are identified.

Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational performance roles (transportation, logistics, or service operations preferred).

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel: pivot tables, dynamic formulas, Power Query, VBA/macros (preferred).
  • Power BI: dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • SQL: strong command of queries, joins, and data extraction from relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and KPI-driven reporting.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative, able to support multiple markets and stakeholders simultaneously.
