HR Talent

You'll be focused in  • Develop and collaborate on various HR strategic projects', such as Organizational Structure, Job Evaluation and Description, Job Architecture, Competence Model, Frameworks, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Career Paths and others • Design and implement HR operation models and organizational structures*Manage project activities and timelines to ensure the delivery of the scope and quality to internal clients • Analyze data to develop insights, and prepare presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint • Draft and review documents that consolidate information to support process definitions, trends and policies development • Collaborating in the implementation and integration of human resources systems, ensuring they meet the needs and support the execution of HR policies • Facilitating and implementing a structured communication among all project stakeholders • Analyze collected data and prepare comprehensive reports to provide relevant and reliable information for informed decision-making • Support the design and maintenance of compensation and benefits frameworks, including salary structures, job leveling, total rewards strategies, and benefits programs • Assist in the annual reward processes: salary reviews, bonus cycles, and promotion reviews • Conduct market research and internal equity checks by using survey data and internal analysis to provide recommendations • Contribute to compensation and benefits communications and reporting – helping prepare materials for managers, supporting process improvements in HR systems, and producing reports to track key reward metrics In order to succeed, you'll need  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or comparable work experience   • Proven experience working in HR or related role for minimum 3 years  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and results driven abilities  • Excellent communication skills  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365  • Curiosity or experience on Big Data topics  • Great English skills, both written and spoken Company benefits • 1200€ to equip your home office • Flex allowance: 720€/year (60€ per month x12) • Performance bonus • Health insurance extendable to your household • Wellbeing program extendable to your household • Life insurance • Pension fund • Smartphone & phone data plan • Discounts on VW Group cars and special financing conditions • Relocation package & Visa process sponsorship (if applicable) Cool things you'll experience in our work environment • Tailored remote-friendly setup for every team's vibe • Flexible working hours • Multicultural reality with + 30 different nationalities • Pet friendly environment • Boost your career with our internal mobility program, focused on your personal & professional growth • Mix and mingle across teams for idea-sharing and bonding About VW Group Digital Solutions (Portugal) Technology-driven trends such as diverse mobility, electrification and connectivity will revolutionize the mobility industry in the next decade.
