This role involves various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The Offer: Coordinate the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations). Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Provide guidance and support for employees, assist in conflict resolution. Support goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Provide guidance to managers and employees. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare employment contracts, HR policies, and procedures manuals. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Openness and adaptability to work in multicultural environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in English and French. Analytical and quantitive skills.
