Let's make it happenWhat you'll do: Scout, evaluate, and shortlist potential store locations (mall and non-mall). Conduct market and real estate research to identify high-potential locations. Work with local real estate partners when needed and ensure alignment on our location criteria. Support or lead lease negotiations with landlords and mall operators. Own the end-to-end project management of store launches across Europe. Coordinate timelines and deliverables with BD, Retail Ops, Logistics, VM, HR, IT, and Finance. Track progress, budgets, and documentation to ensure each launch is on time and on scope. Ensure new stores follow brand standards and operational readiness guidelines. Who we are looking for: Experience in retail expansion, real estate, or project-based operational roles. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and external partners. Analytical, structured, and able to evaluate commercial trade-offs. Hands-on and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset. Fluent in English, German is a huge plus. Willing to travel across Europe for site visits and store openings.
