**What you'll do**:

- You will monitor and improve our retail operations & service performance for assigned markets.
- You will take care of the onboarding of stores and setting all requirements in the systems.
- You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retails stores.
- You will define and improve operations set up for stores that involve: order placement, fulfillment, technical set up & customer service.
- Act as POC for retail team from operations side, which include Store Managers & Launch Managers.
- Steering operational & customer service KPIs for our stores.
- You will actively lead the operational side of store openings.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Ideally you haved gained first experience in a B2B environment related to operations account management, e-commerce or worked in a start-up environment before
- You are highly structured person and manage taking care of several account
- You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands on and find solutions
- You are proactive and challenge questioning the status quo
- You enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and excel communication even in more senior environments
- You strive in improving the performance for your responsible account on an operational level and facilitate their day-to-day operations
- You enjoy working with stakeholders and building strong relationships
- You have great MS/Excel skills
- Language: English + any other European language is a plus.
