**Role Description**

This is a full-time Store Manager based in Lisbon. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain store presentation. Responsibilities include optimizing sales performance, handling retail loss prevention, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

Store Management skillsExcellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsStrong Communication skillsExperience in Retail Loss PreventionLeadership and Team Management abilitiesExperience in retail store operations is a plus5 years experience in the same role.
