Our work shapes how global audiences understand healthcare innovation.We’re looking for asenior Art Director / Creative Directorto lead the creative vision of ourMotion Graphics & Interactivityteam-setting standards, mentoring designers, and elevating the quality of everything we deliver.The role You’ll lead creative direction across motion and interactive projects, from early concepts to final delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role combiningcreative judgment, strategic thinking, and team mentorship , with a strong focus on clarity, UX, and storytelling.What you’ll doDefine and own visual direction across motion and interactive projectsReview and sign off on key deliverables to ensure quality and consistencyMentor designers and raise creative and technical standardsTranslate complex scientific content into clear, engaging visualsCollaborate with medical writers, animators, and PMs to optimize workflowsChampion UX and user-centered design in interactive experiencesWhat we’re looking forRequired3+ years in Art or Creative Direction with team leadershipStrong expertise in Adobe CC (AE, Illustrator, Photoshop) and FigmaDeep understanding of motion design, animation, and production pipelinesExperience applying UX frameworks to interactive projectsConfident client communication and presentation skillsFluent English; comfortable in remote, international teamsNice to haveInteractive video or multimedia experienceHealthcare / pharma / scientific backgroundAdvanced motion or rigging skillsAvailability for US-aligned hours (12:00–20:30 CET)Why Blue Novius100% remote, full-timeHigh-impact work for global life sciences brandsReal creative ownership and influenceCollaborative, curious, and quality-driven team
