Team Leader French-speaking (On-site in Lisbon)Languages Required:French C2 level English Minimum B2 level Location:Lisbon, Portugal (on-site) Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours/week About The RoleWe are looking for a motivatedTeam Leader (Operations)to supervise and guide a team of customer service associates in Lisbon. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring service quality, and supporting your teams growth through coaching, mentoring, and motivation. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with leadership experience in customer service or operations who are looking to take the next step in their career within an international environment. What Youll Do Supervise a team of customer service agents, monitoring attendance, quality, and performance. Provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and implement action plans for performance improvement when necessary. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. Lead team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and foster engagement. Monitor workload distribution and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Promote a positive team culture aligned with organizational values. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, operations, or team leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards achieving performance goals. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours if needed. Fluent in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
