Stakeholder Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders to maximize product visibility and acceptance. Medical Education : Provide up-to-date, evidence-based information on clinical benefits, usage protocols, and new therapeutic guidelines, participating in medical conferences, workshops, and internal training sessions. Commercial Strategy Implementation : Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement commercial and marketing strategies, achieving sales targets and promoting the responsible use of the company's products. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Analyze the hospital market and competition, identify opportunities and threats, and provide detailed reports to management, including performance metrics and improvement suggestions. Compliance and Ethics : Ensure that all interactions and communications are compliant with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, promoting transparency and integrity in all professional activities. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background : Candidates should hold a degree in relevant fields such as Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences or Business Administration. A specialization in pharmacology or medical information is a plus. Professional Experience : Prior experience in medical information, pharmaceutical marketing, or related roles within hospital or pharmaceutical settings is essential. Direct experience in scientific communication with healthcare professionals is preferred. Communication Skills : Candidates must exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals and to create informative materials and presentations. Analytical Abilities : Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret clinical data and scientific information to provide accurate product information to healthcare providers.
