Job Description We are looking for an outstanding Operations Lead to take full ownership of our Portuguese operation and turn it into a best-in-class, highly efficient and fully compliant market unit. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on, strategic and commercially minded operator to oversee the entire local operation, shape processes end-to-end and directly influence the growth trajectory of one of the leading businesses in the industry. Key Responsibilities Full commercial ownership of the Portuguese market (Customer Support, VIP Sales, Payments & Risk, Compliance & AML, Product & Content localisation) Continuously analyse market dynamics, competitor moves and customer behaviour to identify and close competitive gaps Lead regular process audits, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and cost leaks, and implement scalable solutions Streamline cross-functional workflows to achieve industry-leading response times, conversion rates, fraud prevention and compliance standards Act as the escalation point for all operational, compliance and regulatory topics in Portugal Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects (new product launches,
