We're looking for aGrowth Marketing Specialistto join ourActivation team— someone who loves diving into user journeys, running experiments, and finding smart ways to help new users experience value faster. If you're analytical, creative, and driven by results, this role is for you. What you'll do Own and optimize theactivation and conversion funnels, helping users reach their "aha moment" faster. Identify and eliminatefriction pointsin the onboarding journey through data analysis and testing. Design and runmulti-channel activation campaigns(email, in-app, etc.) that drive engagement and trial-to-paid conversion. Collaborate closely withProduct, Design, and Datateams to align experiments with user insights and product strategy. Createpersonalized, data-backed experiencesthat boost adoption and long-term growth. Track key metrics — signup-to-activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, time-to-value — and turn insights into action. What we're looking for 3–5 years of experience ingrowth marketing, product marketing, or conversion optimization(SaaS experience preferred). Proven success inactivation and conversion optimizationthrough experimentation and funnel analysis. Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools likeAmplitude, Google Analytics, or similar. Hands-on experience withA/B testing, UX-driven growth, and marketing automation tools(HubSpot, Pardot, etc.). Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Nice to have Experience inproduct-led growth (PLG)environments. Familiarity withsubscription models and metrics. A track record ofbuilding and scaling activation strategiesthat deliver measurable impact. Why join us?
