Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Braga, Portugal (Remote)Employment Type: Fixed-term (6 months) with possibility of extension or permanent contractCompensation: Base salary  About the Role We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Braga. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your ability to deliver empathetic support and effective solutions will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media. Ensure accurate and timely updates in internal systems. Provide courteous, empathetic, and professional support in every interaction. Resolve issues efficiently to support long-term customer engagement. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve team objectives. Share feedback on recurring challenges and propose process improvements. Requirements Native/fluent Czech (C2), both verbal and written. Proficient in English (B2 minimum). Previous experience in customer service is an advantage. Strong communication skills across multiple channels. Ability to follow procedures and handle technical inquiries with guidance. Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Team-oriented with a proactive, detail-focused approach. Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
