Come to Greece and work remotely from any Greek city Location: Greece, Athens Working model: remotely within Greece Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in Portuguese and English to join our dynamic team in Athens. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. Meet individual and team performance targets.
