Inetum is looking for a dedicated IAM Consultant to join our dynamic team and support critical identity and access operations for our clients in the banking sector.  Your Key Responsibilities​​​​​​​ Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with established policies and procedures. Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources. Conduct regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security standards. Respond to and resolve identity and access management issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines. Perform password resets and provide first-line support via phone. Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations as required. Qualifications Experienced in a similar position/role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Solid experience with Active Directory, RSA and HID MFA platforms, Azure Entra ID, and O365. Methodical, rigorous, and detail-oriented. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Team spirit and a proactive attitude. English: B1 level minimum French: B2 level minimum
