Job Description

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and access management? Inetum is looking for a dedicated IAM Consultant to join our dynamic team and support critical identity and access operations for our clients in the banking sector.

 Your Key Responsibilities​​​​​​​

  • Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources.
  • Conduct regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Respond to and resolve identity and access management issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines.
  • Perform password resets and provide first-line support via phone.
  • Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations as required.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in a similar position/role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Solid experience with Active Directory, RSA and HID MFA platforms, Azure Entra ID, and O365.
  • Methodical, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Team spirit and a proactive attitude.
  • English: B1 level minimum
  • French: B2 level minimum
