We are looking for an
IAM Specialist
to join a cybersecurity team responsible for the
design, implementation, and operation of Identity & Access Management solutions
.

This role plays a key part in ensuring
secure access to systems and applications
, supporting compliance, risk reduction, and a strong security posture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain
    IAM solutions
    (user lifecycle, access provisioning, deprovisioning)
  • Manage
    user identities, roles, and access rights
    across applications and systems
  • Implement and maintain
    access control models
    (RBAC, least privilege)
  • Support
    authentication and authorization mechanisms
    (SSO, MFA)
  • Integrate applications with IAM platforms
  • Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents and access issues
  • Support
    access reviews, recertification campaigns
    , and audits
  • Contribute to compliance with security and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams
  • Document processes, procedures, and IAM standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in
    Identity & Access Management
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts:
  • User lifecycle management
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Experience with
    IAM tools
    (e.g. SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, ForgeRock, One Identity – or similar)
  • Understanding of
    authentication protocols
    (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
  • Familiarity with
    Active Directory / LDAP
  • Knowledge of security best practices and risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Language Skills

  • English: B2
