Estamos à procura de um Operations Executive para reforçar a equipa de operações no Algarve. Esta posição é estratégica para garantir a eficiência e qualidade dos processos operacionais nas nossas unidades, assegurando a implementação dos standards do grupo e a melhoria contínua. Responsabilidades: · Coordenar e monitorizar as operações diárias das unidades hoteleiras, garantindo o cumprimento dos standards definidos pelo grupo. · Apoiar os Diretores Gerais na otimização de processos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e implementando soluções eficazes. · Assegurar a uniformização de procedimentos operacionais entre as diferentes unidades. · Acompanhar indicadores de performance (KPIs) e propor ações corretivas para maximizar resultados. · Garantir comunicação clara e eficaz entre as equipas locais e a direção central. · Colaborar na implementação de novos projetos operacionais e iniciativas estratégicas. · Motivar e apoiar as chefias intermédias, promovendo uma cultura de excelência e orientação para resultados. Requisitos: · Formação académica em Gestão, Hotelaria, Turismo ou áreas relacionadas. · Experiência comprovada em gestão operacional, preferencialmente em hotelaria, turismo ou operações multiunidade. · Forte capacidade de organização, planeamento e execução. · Excelentes competências de comunicação, liderança e resolução de problemas. · Orientação para resultados e melhoria contínua. · Fluência em português e inglês.
